Magic happens

Many children are struggling with mental and emotional ‘overload,’ negatively impacting both their mental health and physical fitness.

I help them navigate the stresses of life more smoothly, teaching simple breathing and mind awareness techniques alongside yoga postures in a fun and innovative way. Once they begin to bring more awareness into their day, ‘magic’ begins to happen.

“Engaged, calmed and motivated”

Kay has delivered pre-SATs yoga calming methods with several Year 6 classes over the last 5 years. Kay used a variety of techniques which engaged, calmed and motivated the children. She was skilled at judging what the children needed each morning and ran the sessions with a great deal of thought and care.
